On the last day of our itinerary we were in for a great adventure. We rose early and took a journey to the airport but not to leave. It was to the Aerolinea Argentinas. This was a training center for pilots coming from Argentina and a bas for the local Airlines. After building that training center they were able to pay back the cost of building in just two years. The director of the Training camp, Pablo Fernandez explained the different ways that they have to make sure that the pilots get the proper training in the facility. The main purpose to the discussion was to show how building a pilot training center within Argentina created opportunity for wealth locally. It gave opportunity to emerging world.

We were even invited into the Flying simulation machine.

The last and final Meeting was at the Working World- Lad Base. It is a non profit organization that was made to support self managed and democratic work through financing cooportative environments. This included organizations that are worker controlled or recovered factories or organization in less developed ares of Argentina. The Speaker Julian Massaldi, is the manager that coordinates strategic planning for those companies. He explained that there are organizations such as his that main purpose is to foster and facilitate growth within the business sector of Argentina. All Loans at La Base has been short term and they have about 98% of projects been successful proving that a little opportunity goes a long way.
